In that case all you can do is order another glue. Always keep it shut tight and standing straight up to prevent problems in the future. Most glue bottles will last at least 30 days when kept tightly closed and standing upright. It's a good thing that the glue is very inexpensive!

I believe so. I have not put polish of any kind when I have used this "nail repair", but it certainly seems like you could.

I would think so. It should go on bare nails.

Q: Should this be applied to just the broken section or the entire nail?

I would only use it on the broken area, because it can act just like acrylics/gels in that it can take off a layer of your natural nail.
