Q: Is there any reason you could not flip this paper over and make it 3 2/3" from the top?

No reason at all, you can print it from either direction.

Q: Is this paper thicker than normal printing paper

No this is the same weight as regular copy paper 20lb and 24 lbThanks for the inquiry!Limited Papers

From us directly no, we do not accept custom orders and do not carry such an item. You would have to contact Printworks directly to see if that is something that they make and if so, ask for the amazon ASIN number of the product so you can search for it.

Q: Does this paper have two horizontal micro perforated lines, splitting the paper into three equal parts?

No, the paper has one perforated line. About 1/3 of the way down the page. (Or from the bottom, depending on the direction the paper is loaded into the printer) We are using it as an invoice, customers can return the top section.
