Is the bottom "almost flat", or truly flat? (important when using on coffee warmer plate)

The bottom of the coffee cup has a special concave design in the middle,can be used safely on coffee insulation board,you can even use it to heat coffee directly on the electric stove.

does this say lead free or cadmium free on the packaging?

It says lead free. We’ve had these almost a year and use them 3-4 times a week with no issues. I dropped one and broke it though
