I don't get nearly enough sulfur in my diet (I don't think anyone really does), so these pills are a life-saver for replenishing what I need, considering I live a very active lifestyle (weight training, yoga, hiking)... this helps with bone health, joint health, joint pain, hair growth, collagen production, you name it, it helps. You want more energy? Done. You want better skin? Done. You want less creaks in your knees? You guessed it, done.I've tried a few other MSM products, and eventually came across this one, which I have been loving and am going to stick with, as it has a very pure (i think the most pure) MSM ingredient, and they've combined it with Vitamin C, giving it antioxidant benefits and better absorption. It makes me feel fantastic, so I think I've found a winner.If I hear anyone complaining of headaches, joint pains, hair loss, brain fog, allergies, I automatically assume they're deficient in sulfur (and probably many other vitamins and minerals thanks to the american diet, but that's another can of worms to be opened another day), so I have no hesitations in recommending this product. Thanks Vita Pioneering Research for turning back the time on my knees.

I've been taking it for 2 weeks now, and the pain in my knees from jogging and working out has SIGNIFICANTLY improved. I also noticed my skin and nails looking better, and having much more energy when I wake up in the morning. Tons of fitness websites recommend taking sulfur for healthy joints, but I think this product takes it a level higher by adding the vitamin C. I started the first week with just one capsule per day, as I was reading about the sulfur detox that happens in the first couple of weeks, then I upped it to the recommended dose of 2 capsules per day, with no side effects. Extremely happy with this product!!!!

I purchased this product to help with joint pains brought on by age... 50's... Soon after I started taking it I noticed lessening of pains, neck not as stiff in the morning, felt overall better. Contains vitamin C that helps with collagen production and skin health. The capsules are easy to swallow, don't leave after taste. Loved it!

This stuff is absolutely amazing, I feel so rejuvenated after taking these MSM and Vitamin C Supplements for only a month. I am able to go for walks or jogs without having knee pains, my nails and hair are growing like crazy, and I have an insane amount of energy. Word of advice, take this supplement first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and it's gonna help with losing belly fat too!! I love knowing that it's made in the US with no fillers, this product is definitely a new staple in our household.
