Rubbermaid Commercial Products 1815321 Food/Tote Box Storage Container with Lid, Plastic, Clear (Container and Lid)

I bought this to brine meat in (at home) but this thing is so much bigger than I had pictured! It's overkill for brining a 3-5lb chicken. However when Thanksgiving came around I had a 15lb turkey that I needed to brine for 24 hours before it went on the grill, this was perfect and I was glad to have it. I removed the spine and broke the sternum to "unfold" or "spatchcock" the turkey which helped it fit in here to be totally covered by my brine liquid.

It’s misleading in that ‘pack of 2’ means lid & bottom. Not 2 complete containers. It is’s a good solid unit and food grade.

I needed a container to Corn a brisket for the brine to make pastrami, and this one fit the bill perfectly, First of all it’s very well made out of food safe heavy plastic. The lid really locks down tight by just pushing on it. When removing the lid there’s a small space around the edge. I tried to remove it by hand, but with no luck. I got a Wooden spoon and put the spoon end into the slot and rotated it on the corners and it came right off. Very pleased with my purchase couldn’t have been better.

I purchased these because it looked like a good container, and the price I felt was good for what you were offering. But it clearly said, "Rubbermaid Commercial Products 1815321 Food/Tote Box Storage Container with Lid, Plastic, Clear (Pack of 2) . Now pack of 2 to me means 2 complete, it did not say not 2 pcs. I feel I was mislead and there should have been the two full containers.
