The metal surface seems to conduct electricity. So one must be careful while flipping food on the tray. Heating element is good, does it's job. Easy to isolate the heating element away and clean the bottom tray where oil drips. Should see how long this lasts since the build is flimsy and screams made in china.

It is very usable product. Thier is no charcoal required to use it. As it is electric one and electric one is only the best to grill foods. It's smokeless. The outer base is also strudy. Even, it also can be used in outdoor places like terrace. And indoor places also. The temperature of the flame we can choose as per our needs. The food in it grills so nicely and it looks good. Although, i say it's a valuable product at the price which i got it.

The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to use...Power should be little more, takes little bit of time for complete grill... Suitable for 4 persons... worth for money

The original product caught fire on the first use, The flames were tall in size and in can burn nearby items and can cause fire, so beware before you use this product.I wanted to return the product and amazon customer support forced me to first replace the product and then return the replacement. And then the sellers sends a replacement package 1/4 of the size of barbeque grill. What did they send in that.
