How do I order 42C for bra size?

You have to choose your size. If you don’t see a 42C the bra does not come in your size. Some of the sale bras do not come in larger sizes. It took me a minute to find bras in a 40ddd but I did find 4 cute ones. Your going to need some patience.

Does this bra come with soft fill cups?

The bra doesn’t have padding.

why dose this bra show 4 hocks when i got it only has 3 hocks

On Style 4693, 4(four) hooks don't start until cup size 40B & above. I now were 38B in this style & there are only 3(three) hooks. I have worn sizes 36B, 40B, 42B & 44B in the past.
