Yes this product can be used in all hair types. It makes hair soft and shiny and smells WONDERFUL!!! I love it! I am a professional hairstylist and everyone I use it on LOVES it!

Does cold have any effect on this product? It arrived frozen.

I would contact the seller or inquire with the carrier. It may be due to the frigid weather certain parts of the country are having and depending on if it sat for a long period of time the liquid could freeze.
