Disappointing compared to our original set - had to check it wasn't fake
Compared to Pantone mugs we already had (produced by Whitbread Wilkinson - W2), these are inferior in every way.The glazed colours are flawed (small holes in the block of colour). The handles and sides are much thicker like a normal ceramic mug. I struggle to believe that these are porcelain. Our older, fine China ones are much lighter and more delicate. We even checked that we hadn't unwittingly purchase fake imitations, but it seems these are legitimate, but disappointingly inferior to previous iterations. We'd be more understanding if these were cheaper, but they're not, they're expensive items and we expect much better quality for the price tag.What a shame that the new manufacturers are spoiling a good brand.

Much thicker porcelain than previous versions
Porcelain is thick and heavy in comparison to previous Patone mugs I’ve bought - disappointing. Therefore poor value for the price.
