It feels EXACTLY like Norwex towels if you've had experience with those
I am so impressed with this towel. Its a high quality microfiber. It feels EXACTLY like Norwex towels if you've had experience with those. Washes up well. The only thing is I feel like it might be hold a little more heat than comparable towels. This isn't a huge problem for me. I wet it in a few places just out of hot yoga habit, but I've never noticed it slipping around at all. This towel is significantly thicker than other towels. about 70% of your yoga mat size when rolled up. This doesn't bother me because I don't plan on traveling with it. Also, I'm in yoga teacher training right now, and having a thick towel you can roll up and sit on has been really nice. You can't see it in the picture but the rubber backing is attached with a horizontal seam repeating every 6 inches or so. I really like this. It helps keep me square in my poses, and it's kind of nice to be able to say "this is where my arms go when I'm in X pose". good for alignment. on the flipside, this might drive you nuts if you battle your type A-ness when yoga-ing. I swear if I saw this towel in a store I wouldn't be surprised if it cost 80$. One of my best amazon finds ever!

Waste of money.
Too thick. Can't be tumble dried. Cheap feeling and hard to get a good grip. It's like practicing yoga on a maxi pad. Just... No.

Fuss Free Yoga
I'm new to hot yoga and my studio heats up to over 93 degrees during class. Needless to say, I am drenched during our opening child's pose! This towel truly stays put. Being new to yoga, I am quickly learning that this practice is very expensive, however this towel is great because you are getting more for your money. I have tried a few towels and get really distracted when my towel moves around, or I start slipping on my mat. I am really skeptical of any yoga product because different things really work for different people. For my personal sanity, I need something that I don't have to worry about during my practice--this is it.Pros-Price (yess hunny!)-Stability (the heaviness and rubber backing helps it stay still on your mat)-Thickness (I like the thick towel, since I'm new to this practice, I am not bothered by the "bulkiness." It reminds me of a large beach towel, but much thicker)-Quality (the textures feels in between a bathrobe and a high quality towel--I really like the way it feels!)Cons-Sometimes my towel wrinkles in the middle and I will have to smooth it out (this is normal for nearly every towel product I'm sure, but it doesn't happen often with this towel)Overall, I'm really happy using this towel. I own a few other towels that I have to fuss with, but not this one. I will purchase another one in the future!

Had problems with sliding in poses before...dangerous and not fun. This towel holds me in place...I love it!
