This is a good knife. Have had for only a couple of weeks so cannot say how it will work over time. When new it is extremely sharp and cuts fruit and vegetables without needing much pressure. It is comfortable to use.

I have a similar knife with these fine serrated teeth and it's perfect for cutting cheese. Been searching for another for many years now without spotting the perfect one. This seems to fit the bill - the teeth are super fine, the blade is super sharp and the handle is comfortable.
