both of them i ordered worked briefly and then gave us several sensor problems

Do not buy this item on Amazon
I purchased this item on Amazon and later found out that this model has a known issue from the manufacturer. However, since I purchased this on Amazon and I've passed my 30 day return window, Amazon will no longer accept a return and the manufacturer is not accepting returns from internet orders. JB Industries normally has good quality products, but this is reprehensible. Selling tools on the internet with known issues and then absolving themselves of any warranty accountability. Shameful.

2 months old and having sensor errors. JB Industries does not recognize Amazon as an authorized distributor, so they do not stand behind their product when it is purchased here. JB says we need to deal with Amazon. Amazon says we need to deal with JB... If you decide to purchase this on Amazon, hopefully you get one of the few that actually work, so you're not hung out to dry like us.

Its great when it works
Its great when it works . The third time I used it the sensor cord is loose at the base. There is no way to tighten it so I get false measurements.
