TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE but this model is just not for me
Won't even stay on my ears, let alone during a workout. Need more pliable substance for section around ears.Edit: They are okay for sitting around the house, but I got these specifically for working out. (See: "sport" in item title/description). I just got extremely frustrated trying to get them to stay in place to where I could hear the music properly while I was trying to run. Might be fine for stationary bike or other workout where you're not really moving a lot. It might even just have to do with my ear shape. They don't stick out or anything, and there's plenty of ear to hold on to. They just don't wrap around the back of the ear as I'd expect from a sport style headphone. I just gave them to my boyfriend instead. He seems to like them okay.5 stars for customer service, though. They immediately offered a replacement set for a different model, but they are the kind that go inside your ear and I can't stand that style, it just feels very uncomfortable to me. Thank you for your prompt response.2nd edit: Received a second pair of headphones in a different style. Once again, top notch customer service. Thanks! Boyfriend has been using the original pair and he likes them quite a bit. Great battery life! His head is a lot bigger than mine so they stay on his eats better.
