Set up was difficult - still cannot set alerts for goals set. Watch strap is uncomfortable.

Classy looking watch, good value, quick delivery, lots of functions and easy to read.

Watch was good to start with but did not always record sleep details. Bought in April 2021 & just about a year later the sensor on the back came off. Manged to place back on but every time I removed watch the sensor was stuck to my wrist. Battery life is now 2 days maximum & not registering any sleep or heartbeat ect.Customer service is in China and is rubbish not even able to open screenshot which they asked for proving order number. Now looking for better quality watch

I like the watch its comfatable to wear and I can clearly see the screen in day lightThe screen doesn't come on often when I left my arm so I end up pushing the buttonI really don't like the app ! Its not easy to use and there are still things that I haven't found out how to do yet. The app that came with my old basic smart watch was much betterI would return it but I do like the look of the watchIf you want a watch for the exercise side I wouldn't recommend this one

As above, not my style, more of a man's watch. Big, chunky - so returned it some time ago. Awaiting refund.

Battery seems to run down quickly

This is a very nice product with lots of functions at a very good price

Could not pair it with my Samsung galaxy at all! Had to use my iPad 😒A friend bought the same watch and had the same problem.
