Q: Are these just as good for cleaning eyeglasses as they are for scopes and cameras?

Yes, it would work good for removing fingerprints and dust, but you can use a microfiber cloth and some glass cleaner for quicker results. If you are looking for a really deep clean, I soak mine in a ultrasonic cleaner with some jewelry cleaner. Also, washing with dishsoap and some warm/hot water will clean awesome. The advantage of the pen is it is very soft, won't damage any coating on your scope, and the shape lends itself well for reaching past your sunshade on the scope, and pay the rubber on the eyepiece.

Q: Is it good for cleaning Oculus?

Will work for anything with sensitive glass you don’t want to scratch. So yes it will be fine for an oculus lens

yes. it's a powdered substance (graphite maybe?) for cleaning the lens. i think it is supposed to absorb oils from the lens surface.

Yes. It can be used to clean any glass - but, do you want to spend half a day cleaning your 80” OLED? So, there ya go. Yes, I used mine on my tablet now and then, both ends for dust and smudges.
