Absolutely love
I’m 5’4” and my husband is 6’3” and we both can wear this with no problems. It’s comfortable and love that you can make it weigh less! I’ve been wanting a weighted vest for years and never could decide what to get and didn’t want to break the bank either. This is absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend it!!

Son loves it
Fits great except he says when he runs it moves a lot and he has it tight, almost too tight! That is his only complaint, other wise he loves it. My other son has the same one in 80lbs, he also loves it. These are well made, the first one was bought four years ago, this one was bought just a few weeks ago. Shoulder pads are a must for the heavier weights!!! Fully adjustable, The weights come out if you want it lighter.

If you are new to weight vest wearing I might suggest 40 pounds.
With 40# you could decrease the weight by removing some which adds to its function in my opinion. Use the provided shoulder cushions as that was where I feel most of the weight. They could be even padded more for comfort but they work great.
