A great water flossing tool
This has a larger tank than our previous one (which stopped working after less than 18 months) and seems to be better quality and certainly quieter!I find the larger tank means I spend more time using it but it is still not quite enough for both sets of teeth. The DIY option is useful and the longer press 'on' switch means fewer accidental spraying of the bathroom walls etc.My only criticism is that the stand has a USB cable that cannot be removed. If it had a detachable one or a razor-type cable, it would be perfect.Recommended!

No longer working
Has just stopped charging. Don’t waste your money. Barely used it and it’s stopped working.

Didn’t work straight out the box
The media could not be loaded. Straight away This did not work, power on but nothing comes out at all. Followed every troubleshooting guide in the manual and not a single piece of information on the internet👎

Broke within a year
When it was working, it was great. It was amazing at the amount of food it cleared out from between your teeth. However, after 11 months it stopped working. I would not buy this item again.

Cheap but not cheerful
Worked well for four months but then refused to charge and so the device is useless.
