So, this stuff really does work for helping the body recover & my Pre-Diabetes. I’m a triathlete & eat super healthy, but diabetes runs in my family. I’ve been on this for a short time & see great results w/ my Garmin Fenix sleep stats, but I can only take this for 4-5 days before I have to cycle off, because it brings with it fatigue.. I’m usually off for 3-4 days & then start back up again.

Been using this as part of heavy metal cleanse I’m doing via the Andy Cutler Method. Seems to be working for that purpose.

I purchased as a chelating supplement to detox mercury and heavy metals from my body/brain, following the Andy Cutler protocol. I like that it doesn't have a bunch of junk in it which is why I chose this particular brand.

I have always been a huge fan of Kirkland. I decided to try their ALA.The pills are tiny and easy to swallow or can be opened and mixed with juice.

Like the size of the capsules thanks for not adding a bunch of junk to them.

I'm taking these to help prevent peripheral neuropathy. There's a strong, distasteful flavor that can even contaminate other pills in my daily pill box.

Formula has changed. I had been purchasing Kirkman ALA for a while, and they now add other ingredients, including flavor. The worst of the ingredients is sucrolose (splenda?). Most people realize that splenda is bad enough as it is, as many believe there's formaldehyde as a by-product of this ingredient.Very disappointed in Kirkman. I trusted them to keep ingredients clean. Kirkman always had a good reputation for high quality "hypoallergenic" products, so this unclean version is not acceptable! Needless to say, I returned the product (got refund) and purchased ALA from another brand.UPDATE: Kirkman is now selling two different formulas on Amazon -- the clean version and the one with flavoring/fillers. Somehow the formula was switched on me. I used to be very happy with the clean version of this product, but it's now hard to say which one you will be getting (see comments below for more info). Obviously the one with flavoring is for those who cannot swallow a capsule , but I thought the clean version had almost no taste at all.

Bought this product multiple times. Using it for Andy Cutler Chelation protocol. Top quality. Kirkland rarely dissappoints.
