These little gems are not square, and they are not all the same size, but they have a rich robust flavor that can't be beat. I used them to muddle limes for my signature Key Lime Martini drink. The sugar breaks down the lime juice and rind to add a strong, but not overpowering lime to any drink. I also use them in my coffee. I also buy them for friends. This was one of the requests from my students for my coffee incentive last month. They don't like the white sugar. They do like this sugar and it might have more to do with texture and the subtle taste. It is good and the portion of 200 packets was good for the month. I think a few of them took a few extras. They like really sweet coffee.

I prefer raw sugar as it is a more healthier option than refined sugar. The individual packets are a bit more expensive than buying it in the bags, but the packets keep my portion size in check, else I'll use too much if I have to dispense it by the spoonful. ;-)I think this brand is a little more flavorful than the other brands that I've tried. I also like that it doesn't contain GMOs.

Rather than using a sugar bowl, which is subject to the whims of humidity and drips from a wet hand or spoon, it can be nice to use or offer sugar packets. This large, sturdy box contains 200 raw sugar packets, and they easily dispense from the front. The front part can be removed or left to open and close.
