This thing rocks. I’ve had progressively worse migraines and it’s become increasingly important to catch headaches immediately. It fits well and is comfortable. It is very cold, stays cold for a reasonable amount of time. Helps prevent full blown migraine and helps make the pain bearable when you’re debilitated and miserable. The design is actually cute, too… which is great to combat the depressing element of looking like you just got hit by a truck. I would legit buy more colors. Thank you for a great product!

overall a decent icepack for it's purpose, but I need more coverage over the base of my skull so I decided to turn it around and that worked better for me since I find that I do not need over eye coverage. I prefer a cap style pack for full head coverage, but this could be ok depending on your needs. This only has 1.5 rows of packs instead of others I have containing 2-3 full rows that cover more surface. I found that packs like these that have the thicker multiple mini-icepacks may look a bit lumpy but do last a little longer than the flat smooth hat thin gel ones. I did not have any issues of it being too stiff (maybe my freezer is not as cold as others stating this) other than it being too cold for my brow area as any ice pack is on me. this material was comfortable on skin, stretched easily (I do have a small head), and because I turn it around the velcro is thankfully not an issue for my hair. there should be more colors- bottom line you will need multiple packs for rotation, and if they come in more colors they are easier to keep track of. This is probably a better choice for small heads (likely snug on larger heads,) and for people that don't need top/full head coverage (returned.)For additional references:Maginno cap is my best fit, best size packs and the horizontal direction of them has a better feel than vertical packs.Migrastil cap is too large on my small head- had decent full coverage but did not contact my head enough. packs are thin but fullest head coverage including top (kept, removed velcro and sewed tighter for better fit, nice color/shape.)Soothie cap is bulky, lumpiest & hardest to freeze flat but stays cold longest.Comfitech cap had good coverage and looks decent (I wore at work a couple times) but only lasts about 5-10 minutes (returned.)Mr.Ice cap has best all over head coverage (minus eyes) and lasts longest 15-20 minutes, though slightly big for my size so I needed a headwrap/turban to snug it on better (returned.)

I use this pack for my migraines. It fits well and it stays cool for the time that I need it to give relief. I’m so happy somebody came up with this design. It can be worn in different ways to cover different parts of your head. Not all migraines are the same. Not all migraines come from the same area of your head. I love the way they designed to go over your eyes and have a cut out for your nose. I love the way you can wear it backwards and have coverage for the back of your head. I can move this thing anywhere I need it for the most part. My only complaint is I wish that it was a little bigger cover the whole head. But I’m not disappointed.

Those were life savers on hot days when my brain felt like it was melting. And they are well-insulated and so not super cold where it is a temperature shock to the head. They are a bit heavy though.

This is a cheaply made product. Small re-freezable ice packs are sewn within a poorly constructed cap. Some of the ice packs are bunched up and it’s impossible to un-bunch them, leaving the packs corners poking out into my skin. This doesn’t stay frozen long either. It’s February and the cap goes from frozen to room temperature under an hour. I’ve gone back to using the reusable frozen packs Amazon uses in Fresh orders.

Able to size easily, very comfortable material. Takes 2+ hours to get cold enough but stayed cold 1 hour. Buying another!

It doesn’t stretch well (I don’t have a huge head -pretty average), but it’s a little tight. It works well though.

I get horrible chronic migraines with aura that send me straight to bed and miserable for hours, if not days. This hat provides almost immediate relief and makes the pain go almost completely away. It is so incredibly comfortable that I've actually fallen asleep multiple times within minutes of putting it on. I definitely recommend it!!

déçue car très peu efficace. testé deux fois en réfrigérateur et congélateur. aucun résultat. peu de frais. enfin, ils évoquent le fait de devoir mettre une petite serviette ou une pochette pour éviter le contact direct avec la peau mais déjà, ils ne la fournissent pas mais en plus, compte tenu de l'efficacité, ça ne risque pas d'arriver.

Ich habe mir die Maske zugelegt, weil ich morgens oft mit leichten Kopfschmerzen wach werde. Die Maske liegt gleich neben meinem Bett und hat lediglich Raumtemperatur (ca. 18°). Ich setze die Maske für 10-15 Minuten auf. Anschließend fühle mich wach und habe auch keine Kopfschmerzen mehr!Das Außenmaterial ist nylonartig glatt und weich. Die Gelkühlakkus sind in einzeln genähten Abteilen fest untergebracht (nicht herausnehmbar). Vor dem Tragen richtet man am Besten die Pads in den Taschen richtig aus, da sonst die festen Kanten der Pads drücken können. Die Maske hat reichlich Klettfläche, so dass sie auf jedem Kopf passen sollte. Ich habe mir die Klettflächen nach außen gedreht, damit sich meine Haare nicht darin verheddern. Einmal das richtige Maß eingestellt, lässt sich die Maske mühelos wegen des Stretchanteils über den Kopf ziehen ohne immer wieder den Klettverschluss benutzen zu müssen.Wenn es notwenig wird, werde ich die Maske vorsichtig mit der Hand waschen; ich glaube das wird sie aushalten.

Die Kompresse ist angenehm zu tragen und kann mit Klettverschluss angepasst werden. Ich nutze sie nur gekühlt aus dem Kühlschrank und finde es bei der Migräne sehr angenehm und hilfreich.Dass sie den ganzen Kopf umschliesst und ich auch die Augen mit abdecken kann finde ich super.Ich empfehle es gerne weiter.
