CamelBak60112 Cleaning Kit, W/2 Cleaning Tablets

It works as advertised. The drying rack is a little difficult to place inside the water bladder. I think the older version that collapsed into a vertical stick with locking crossbars was better, but this one gets the job done.I used the cleaning products the first time I received this kit, because I had been using my CamelBak for many months without cleaning or effectively drying it. I didn't notice any difference in the taste of the water after cleaning, so maybe I just lucked out on not getting any algae or contaminants in it. However, the cleaning brushes are easy to use and work well. The cleaning pills are fine, but can get pricey if you want to deep-clean your water bladder frequently.

The cleaning kit helps the taste of water from the camelback. The funny looking hanger helps the bag to dry, but not enough. Ideally, there would be some parts of the hanger that would prop open the bag even more so that it would stand a chance of drying more completely. The tube brush isn't long enough to reach the entire tube without removing it and cleaning from both ends.

I have an old-style Camelbak and this was a replacement for a brush set that was worn out. I like having the hanger as it was previously always a problem to keep the reservoir open to dry. I used both of the tablets at the same time due to the size of my reservoir and the instructions for the amount of water to use with one tab. Although I'm pretty good at keeping it clean, it was good to have the complete cleaning after so many years of use.

The brushes are great, but the frame is not designed very well imo. If I hang my camelback by the hook, all the water pools in the bottom of the bladder. Would have liked to hang it the other way so the extra water would drain out.

Excellent gear - Just wish they had more descriptions for which bladders this fits. Any camelbak that has a divided bladder won't work with this drying rack.

The hanger piece was a bit useless as it's for a different kind of Camelbak, didn't realize in the description. I feel like I could have just used stuff I had around the house. I guess the thin wire brush is the most helpful part, to scrub inside of the tube. I wish I had looked at this more carefully/critically before ordering.

I haven't used the tablets yet, but the drying hanger works quite well and keeps space between the bladder walls to allow it to dry and not stick together and mold. I hope that the cleaning tools and tablets work as well

Ok, so the hanger thing doesn't really work on non-CamelBak bladders, but the bladder brush and the tube brush are good for those areas. The tablets smell like bleach and do a good job at helping you to deep clean the insides.
