Great but beware if you have fat knees
I like these so this review is 4 stars, but if you have thick thighs just be aware it is better to wear it over pants. The reason is that you need to strap it up tight so they don’t fall down, but, this means it can cut into that fleshy bit on the back of your inside knees. I had a little red line all day after wearing it for an hour under my pants. Better to wear above pants, but then just beware getting material caught in the Velcro straps.
