No, just the 800. Wireless headphones have a separate cable.

Will this cable allow me to download software updates on the 800? is it data & charging or charging only??

The cable is for charging and for updates on the Equinox. You connect the magnetic side to the Equinox, and plug the other end into a USB port on your computer.
