I purchased these after doing some research to try and get help for my sugar cravings. I have always had a sweet tooth and during the second lockdown suffered terribly with extreme sugar cravings- which resulted in my sugar consumption going out of control!! When I say how bad it was I am shocked- a full packet of jammie dodgers ; three or four packet of sweets; cake chocolate in one day thinking the next day would be different, three donuts one after the other and still wanting more. I gained 5 kilos in the space of four/ six weeks . I was desperate to get some help - I found these looking for another product that was unavailable and felt I had nothing to lose from trying, but was doubtful anything would help if I’m honest ?
