Is this a knock-off (see pictures)?
My first one arrived and looked nothing like the Cavalier that was advertised online. Amazon sent a replacement. While the second one was better, it still would've required some touch up paint to make it look like the picture (picture shows both items I received). Makes me wonder if it is a knock-off -- no mention of Toscano (the advertised brand) on the tag, just says it is made in China. Also, note that it is quite heavy. If you're crafty and don't mind touching up the paint, I'd say go for it -- the price is right.

Scarf is brown not red.
Nice looking ornament but unfortunately on the one I received the scarf is brown not the bright red in the picture. I will probably end up painting the scarf red. This is for a gift so you can imagine my disappointment in color.

Cute doggie
This looks just like our daughter's family dog that they rescued from the humane society just before he was about to to be killed. He's a wonderful dog, friendly with everyone, their cats, and playful with neighborhood dogs who wonder into their yard. So I had to get this little replica of him to hang on their tree.

Quality control has gone to the Dawgs
I was disappointed by this. When I opened it, I thought that the feet were chipped. But upon closer inspection, saw that they were just poorly cast. The blue eye paint is out of the natural line of the dog's eyes, giving it a creepy look. The scarf paint is off of the dog's scarf, and on it's chest. And either the nose is missing paint - or is chipped. If i weren't on a deadline, I would have returned it. Will not be reordering.

Nice rememberance
My daughter's dog had to be put down and she was a very loved husky. I got two of these for my grandkids as a nice rememberance of their sweet dog Kona.

Delivered with broken leg ):
Just received 5 minutes ago, & as I opened the box I could already see the leg detached 😭 This is supposed to be a gift. I love the ornament I just wish it hadn’t been delivered broken ):UPDATE: Received a new one the very next day & unbroken! Satisfied with my purchase!

This is a beautiful ornament. I love the crystals on the front of the scarf to add sparkle. Beautifully crafted. This will make a beautiful addition to my dog Christmas tree! Love it, can't wait to put my tree up! Received a great price on it, here on amazon vs. ebay. Glad i purchased it!

Disappointed
A bit disappointed as bought as a gift. The tag states made in China with no reference to Toscano or being hand painted. The red hat & scarf are very dark red, it does not look like the picture.
