Useless
The grooves on the back slides like a plain surface. It does not hold the iPad in vertical position. What is the point of having this? The replaced item had the pad on the claw detached. It is really irritating. Why can’t a big company like Amazon check the quality. Let them charge more for the quality check services at least it would save the hassle of return and negative comments.But this has been the pattern now. Most items on Amazon have just replacement policy, as if it is known from the beginning that it is sending a substandard product which cannot be sold in shops.

Good product
The only downside is it is very delicate, my iPad 10th generation sits very loose in this. The soft padding should have been thicker to hold the tab. I do not know how other tablets fare in this.

The lock doesn't tighten up...
Even after locking the bracket, it still is not tight enough, so it's risky to use the tab in a portrait mode where the bracket holds the tab on its sides. No issues when you use the tab in a landscape mode as the bracket now holds it at the top and bottom, and even if it's a little loose, your tab will not fall off. Another reviewer had shown this in a video.

Cheap quality and not worthy for the price. Locking side is not tight properly and not safe to the Tab.. wasted money

this is a fake product, and I wasted my money. the product cannot hold the iPad and I was lucky I did not broke my iPad. Cant believe Amazon started selling fake products these days.

Useless flimsy
Very cheap material. Not recommended for Tabs... Lock never works. Not worth buying. Waste of money..

Good nice holding grip
This is product working good ,it's holding my ipad 7th gen perfectly so I can take several videos without any problems
