These are the best cooking pots ever,just replaced my old one after 30+ years of constant use.The old one is still ok and in use I just fancied a change of colour.

Fantastica per cuocere il pane in forno, ne ottimizza la cottura e la lievitazione.Ottima per zuppe e minestroni, mantiene ed esalta i sapori, riduce i tempi di cottura. Solo fate attenzione perché non è una pentola antiaderente, quindi dovete usare olio o altro per ungere il fondo. per il pane io utilizzo la carta forno.

Uso le pentole e le padelle Le Creuset da più di 2 anni, e non ritornerei mai indietro a quelle che usavo prima. L'unico neo è che sono pesanti, ma usandole sempre, diventa abitudine. Cucino tantissimo e preparo spesso cibi che richiedono lunga cottura, e queste cocotte le trovo perfette.
