Q: Can I paint this on fondant?

Good morning, Yes, you can, mix it with lemon extract or ever clear (high alcohol volume), you could draw lines with a fine paint brush or do large areas with a wider brush, I recommend a filbert (cat tongue's shape) if you want to do watercolor type, dilute it more, you could add white to make it lighter or brown to make it deeper, also raspberry luster dust by sunflower to make it shiny, the possibilities are endless, be sure that the "paint" consistency is not chalky, try to work on a dry fondant surface, not a freshly cover cake, try to practice yoursterokes on a separate piece of fondant.
