Base has a old rusted iron plateJoints are stiff and not very flexibleAs paint has been applied over all nut and bolt ,and there is no oil at the jointsBut after few touch ups ,,it is fine

Packaging was amazing as well as product.
Product packaging was really impressive, full of spare papers all around lamp to protect it.And lamp is really sturdy. Build quality is good.Best part is, it has black switch which really matches with the whole lamp.
