Bobs Red Mill, Grain Free Flatbread Mix, 7.05 Ounce

It is delicious. I’m going to try a focaccia style with it next. Nice to have options that are worth buying!

This product is so easy to make, but is a little dry.

Understand that I usually like anything Bob's Red Mill makes and expected to like this flatbread mix too-the only positive is that it is really easy to make. Otherwise? No. I wanted to use the mix to make myself a Flatbread pizza...but the dough looked and cooked more like cake. I was hoping for a chewy crust- like texture for my pizza. This was worlds away from that. Maybe it's just me, but this mix is not something I will buy again.

I was pleased with the results of this mix. The bread was soft and delicious. Will likely buy more.

Muffins - I put 1 prepared mix into 6 regular size muffin pans-in the summer I add a sweetener & use them for strawberry shortcake! I find this mix so versatile!

GF foods are fairly accessible in stores. The various flours now fairly easily found.I was just looking for quicker way to make flatbreads easier.Not paying attention, I missed how small only the single-package was, compared with the nearly $10 shipping on it!Bob’s foods are usually fairly thrifty, from local stores.This little packet only makes just 2 modest-sized flatbreads, from regular GF ingredients.But the shipping cost to get it, was as-if it were unicorn glitter dandruff to make faux manna from Heaven.UN-likely to buy more from this vendor.Shipping costs are not entirely the fault of any vendor; but, maybe the vendor should put a shipping-cost warning label on the product pages, & offer more bulk-buy options that would warrant that amount of shipping cost?

Way overpriced and tasted terrible.

I like this mix because you can add a your own flavor to it and it is very easy to make

I love this mix, it can be used as pizza crust, wraps or tortillas. I wish it were wasier to source locally.

La mezcla es buena para hacer wraps. El sabor y textura son buenos para una opción sin gluten. La receta para pan no me gustó tanto porque es más como una galleta. Quizás si uso dos paquetes pueda hacer un pan con consistencia más normal de pan.
