Anyone actually used this product long enough to see positive results, particularly someone who hasn't been provided the product for free or discount?

At my last Dr. visit my cholesterol was borderline high and Dr. wanted to prescribe me high cholesterol medicine and I said no. I started taking this supplement 2 pills daily and at my next Dr. visit about 40 days on supplement my cholesterol was down slightly and I am sure this fish oil was part of the reason why.  I also modified my diet slightly.  I am going to continue to take and will further evaluate it's effectiveness after a few more Dr. visits, I see the Dr. every 4 months now.  I also bought and paid for this product myself.  The last time I took a fish oil supplement was several years ago and it was CVS brand because it was buy 1 get 1 free.  I am sure there are many other quality fish oil products available on Amazon, this is the one I decided to buy and will continue to use until I get a little more data from my blood test results and then I will re-evaluate.

Question 2

I see the details page says "Wild Caught" fish but no where on the bottle does it even mention that these are open water, fresh caught fish?

In this Amazon page they say product is made with wild catch fish. However in the container there is nothing about that. Why they wouldn't put that in the container if the product was really made of wild catch fish?

I just received these. Upon first opening, should the bottle smell of fish?

I received mine a few weeks ago. They do have a strong fish smell.I have previously used Dr.Tobias and they do not have the strong smell.
