First thing I love this coz it is made in India productMore than all the international brands this is more more better and really competitive for all the things.I use to listen songs more and also use to call people more, basically this is one of the best headphone I have seen.Battery life is good,Sound is really decent,Material is good,Ear buds are nice,Connects dual devices and works well,The only drawback it is very deficit to use coz the buttons are very hard.. but it’s good coz it will be loose later on I believe....I strongly agree and suggest this product for this price range and even who needs a good strong headphone 👍👍👍

The product review is below, however I have to update the customer service experience. Its the worst i have experienced so far with any brand. Its going to be almost a month and I have still not received back a update on the product repair or replacement even after several follow ups from my end. Just check the Twitter for the list of complaints of you find hard believing this review.The overall build and design is not satisfactory. If you have used boat rockerz earphones, you'll definitely miss the premium feel of boat earphones. The buttons are on the inside of the band and is slightly difficult to reach. Also when you wear the earphones the sound can be heard by others around you too, which definitely should not be the case. Overall I don't feel the earphones to be money's worth. Boat is far more superior option.Edited:After using it for a couple of days, I would definitely say the battery backup is very good. However again on the design front it disappoints, the earpiece are not comfortable in the ears and it starts paining after a while. Sound quality is at par with the other similar priced products.

First off id like to tell it's problems. I bought it on October and one side stopped working on January. While listening to music, the music keeps lagging (but it's sometimes tho) which is very annoying. It turns off sometimes by itself. Takes too long to turn on. The charging point cover is just useless and very annoying. It doesn't really suits on your neck (I could forgive that part) Mic is not good. Average bass, clear sound, nice noise cancellation. Battery life is good if you're not a heavy user.Please save up some money and buy a good Bluetooth instead of this or just buy a good wired earphones. Trust me wired are the best.

Mivi collar 2 is in my thought, a good BUDGET bluetooth neckband. You may get other neckbands at this price but if you sort them qualitywise, then this one is a NICE PICK.BASS: Literally this product has HEAVY BASE, which suits every Indian music lover. Mivi's 'rich high definition signature sound' HAS MADE IT BALANCED.BATTERY: The wireless earphones get the Super FAST Charging feature, which is claimed to provide 7 hours of playtime in 10 minutes and a full charge in 45 minutes.Wire quality is awesome and the neckband is Really FLEXIBLE. You can use it for your calls also. Call quality is good with MEMS mic. It comes with Bluetooth 5.0 which gives a faster connection you can also use it over longer range up to 10 meters. BEST feature is that you can connect 2 devices at one time!!!Lastly I think that its a great choice under ₹ 1200!!

Firstly I got defected piece so I have to replace it....then after 4 months of use it stopped giving audio from one side and also it doesn't charge properly...so I mailed MIVI to repair product...so I use to get reply for every process for at least after 4-5 days...and at last after one month my earphone was picked for service....and then they just crossed limit. One month passed they stopped updating after 10 days and was not giving any reply to mails...i called their customer care number that was picked in 4th attempt after 7 minutes wait time...I little shouted at them and that also doesn't changed anything...no reply no update...so at last I ordered Boat earphone (that's way better)...and then suddenly after one more month I got update that your product has repaired...and so after long 3 months wait I got my product back.....But story is not over yet...Again same problem after 4 months of repairing and now again I mailed and rest is exactly same...or even little more worse than before.... already on month of complaint but my product hasn't been picked up!And it's not just I am sharing my experience.....from then I have listened so many same stories about MIVI...so think 100 times now before buying MIVI product..Thanks
