Very bad
The item broke when we started using it for the first time. We tried to go go the return and exchange section but when we went it said it had been closed. The item also has a 2 year warranty

Space saving, easy to use & so convenient!
The media could not be loaded. I love this blender, I initially got it for soups as I needed the immersion attachment but it turned out to be so handy for making smoothies and milkshakes too! What I love most about it, is at the top you can rotate the dial to make it as strong as you need, and you can simply remove the attachment so you don’t have to clean the whole thing or mess about with it.It’s sooo easy to clean, and that’s what put me off having a blender before as it’s usually such a hassle to wash up. But not with this. The best part is it’s so slim it fits right next to my other appliances, and is always ready to use, so I don’t need to hide it away. It looks sleek too!On the video I showed how I made a banana milkshake. (The blue light only appears to flicker on camera, in real life it is a constant blue light) Because I was only using one hand, and my other to film, it was a bit harder to demonstrate, but in total it took me only 20-30 seconds even with one hand. You can blend it to perfectly silky smooth, but I like a few chunks in mine! Here is the super easy Banana Milkshake recipe to try:Ingredients:1 whole banana cut into small piecesSweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice) to cover the banana, or more if you prefer it more thinA crack of black pepperMethod:Blend all until desired consistencyDrink!

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY !
I purchased this to replace a very old "other brand" that was showing serious signs of wear and am absolutely amazed at the difference! It's way more powerful than my old one and I am also impressed with the attachments that come with it, especially the whisk - saves getting my stand mixer out for small amounts of cream! The processor attachment will be useful for things that really don't warrant getting the stand mixer going, ie baby food when grandchildren are visiting, apple sauce, etc. It only arrived a couple of hours ago and I have already used it to get rid of lumps in my gravy - for which it is excellent and a lot quicker than my old one, but then it's 1000 watts compared to the old one's 300 watts. The only thing that worries me slightly is that I am in danger of over using this gadget because it's simply so useful!

Great blender function, useful chopper function
I really like the blender function! The chopper function is quite useful and can trim down even harder items such as carrots - make sure to cut them already into smaller pieces though! I bought this mainly for the blender though and that one is really great; I have been enjoying a lot of salsas and smoothies lately.

Excellent blender at a good price. Perfect for smoothies and soups.
This item arrived very fast and although the box was a little dented in places, the contents inside were securely packaged and padded so there was nothing to worry about in terms of this affecting anything.Upon opening the box there are a number of items inside. The main device itself, a measuring beaker, a cutting bowl sporting a twin blade inside with a top to cover it, a whisk and a milk frother (with a black adaptor to put them in and attach to the main device), a mixer attachment with a twin blade inside the bottom, and a manual. It's important to read the manual so that you get the best results out of this device, as it does inform you not to use the item for more than a minute before it auto shuts-off and requires 15 seconds to cool down so to speak before you use it again. I figure that if you ignore this advice, you may have issues later on. There's a couple of handy tables in the manual showing guide times for various foods, and they are pretty much accurate. There's a dial on top of the device where you can select from 1 to 12 the speed you wish to use. Turbo mode appears to be more intense and faster than these. You use the turbo button separately from the other power button on the device. So I did some testing for a soup I was making. I quartered a whole onion and put that into the chopping bowl and it chopped it very thoroughly well before the 10 seconds for 200g the chart in the manual advises. Peppers were similarly fast. Carrots took rather longer, but the manual does note with harder foods not to use the device for more than 15 seconds. This was no trouble, as the very large carrot I had cut into a few pieces to fit inside the bowl was well chopped during that time, but I did give it a second burst after the first 15 seconds was up. The ingredients made for a nice more puree type soup, which I'm sometimes in the mind for compared to a soup with larger chunks of vegetables. The egg whisk worked very well, and I was able to mix eggs for making egg mayonnaise very quickly. The mixer worked excellently with some fruit I made for a smoothie. But be sure to keep the device fully upright and not use it at an angle as it probably won't perform optimally unless you do so.Now on to the milk frother. In this case the recommended speeds were 1 to 6 and no turbo. As I have large lattes which I make at home, it was perhaps a but unfair to expect this to froth it suitably without a bit of practice. My technique isn't that great anyway. So the first attempt following the manual's instructions didn't result in enough froth. However, I decided to put the dial up to 12, and this gave much better results. As an experiment, I used turbo, and this really got it frothed, perhaps a little much, but that was down to me testing what I could do. I would say this will make decent frothed milk depending upon the size of cup your are aiming to drink it from.So overall, a very good product for the things I have used it for so far. I can see this getting fair deal of use in the kitchen and at the price I got it, it's a bargain. Be mindful though if you're one of those types who doesn't bother to read manuals, you may run into issues, so it pays to read the one provided with this. It's there for a reason, and the instructions and advice don't take long to peruse.

Box of tricks
There's an awful lot of power hiding in the small packaging. The hand blender has a dial that allows for several levels of rotation. When turned up it appears to rip through anything. The small mini-chopper has one tinny set of blades which sort of worked, if you do not fill its Perspex/Acrylic container. The actual blender does as it should and fits together with ease.I believe that this kit is indeed worth the price and looks attractive on my kitchen work surface.

Strong and speedy
A good looking product, easy to assemble, easy to use, variable speed settings, easy to disassemble and as easy to clean as normal crockery or utensils. 12 speed settings plus a turbo switch make for speedy preparation times and a user manual for times and weights of ingredients make for the safest possible use. Well worth the price. Highly recommended
