I bought three of these. After about one month of use the first one quit working. Not sure if the other ones will last longer or not.

I purchased this item for a trip overseas to charge my devices. I had to continuously fiddle with it to keep it working. There was something loose internally. I wrote a bad revue on the product. The manufacturer contacted me and asked what the problem was. I told him. He said he would send out a new one immediately and also give me another incentive. He was true to his word and I received both a few days later.The replacement unit is working fine and I am happy with it. I was not expecting such great customer service from the manufacturer after the bad revue. Based on that I am giving them 5 stars.

I just bought this 2 weeks ago because my other Apple charger suddenly stopped working. I loved the idea of plugging 4 devices into one outlet. Unfortunately, last night the light started blinking the power started going in and out on my electronics that were plugged in to it. I hoped that it was the outlet so I moved it to another one. I woke up this morning to to 2 dead devices and a dead charger!!! I am very very disappointed with this product (which claimed to be the best). :(

Works great for all my usb charging cords (HTC, Kindle, and Samsung). It is a little light, so it can get knocked off of the power strip fairly easily, but that is my only complaint. My solution is to try to limit it to two chords at a time for daily use as I don't like charging my devices without a surge protector. There is an indicator light so you know if it loses power.

I ordered this item twice. The first one was great. It works like a champ, which is the reason I ordered the second one. The second one, is a piece of crap. If I plug more than one device into it, all devices stop charging. Seems that there is an issue with consistency with this product. Don't know if you will get a good one or a bad one..

Plug in more than one device and it gets hot.

This product is great. It is much smaller than I figured, which makes it even better. So nice to be able to charge multiple phones and tablets at the same time. I have had the double chargers before, but when have company that was not enough. The 4 ports makes everything easier.

Did not last. Stopped working.
