My table doesn’t have a hole. Do I have other option?

The particular one I bought clamps to the back edge of the table. They make two different versions. One for hole mount and one that clamps.

how easily does the height adjust? I would need to readjust throughout the day depending on if I'm standing or sitting.

Your monitor should not be adjusted if you’re sitting or standing. You should just purchase a sit stand desk which will automatically adjust the height of your screens when you’re either sitting or standing. There’s no mounts that allows you to change the height of it constantly throughout the day. Get a sit stand desk.

Can it be used on a tempered glass table? it is 0.2 inches thick

If you use the drill free side mount, you can use it with a very thin table.. you might need to use a shim or spacer to get down to the 0.20 inches. I hope the glass can support the cantilevered weight of your monitor systems!!!
