The best for baking !
This vanilla flavored sugar is just amazing ! In baking, it makes everything smells and taste soooo delicious ! The vanilla flavor is sweet and strong and doesn't dissipate. Perfect ! I used to bake with vanilla liquid flavor but, no more since I found this ! The best out there for baking or even in milkshake ! It makes everything taste so delicious !

Good tasting
I know it is super easy to "make" vanilla sugar, however I purchased this to also have the convenience of another container.Figure when it is gone, this will be the one I use for when I make my own.In the meantime, this is very tasty sugar and has a nice vanilla flavor/scent.

Great for baking
Now this is for baking only and you can tell by the taste. The taste is bitter if you taste from out of the jar because it is used for baking and the sweetness comes through with the heat from the baking which is what makes it so good. You an only use it for baking but it is the best you will ever buy. I intend to use it for flaming over creme brulee because it works wonderful for creme brulee. This is a great product to use as sweetener for baking.

Great for my Hot Chocolate and Sticky Rice Dessert.
The smell is amazing, and it's a fantastic ingredient for my Filipino Sticky Rice dessert I make out of a Japanese Rice Cooker.

A Slightly Chemical Taste
After opening the container I sampled it with a spoon. Immediately there was a chemical taste, but it faded quickly. When I put it on food (warm cereal) there was no chemical taste. It's very sweet and a little goes a long way. The texture is good. the granules are on the large size. I like the container, it seals well and it's easy to use. I'll continue to use this o see if the chemical taste returns and if other people can taste it.

Sugar with vanilla
I tried this with my coffee this morning or actually this afternoon and I love this mixture. This is great great sugar for coffee. I will be buying more of this sugar/vanilla it’s great well worth the money
