MF-DT125 (1x NVMe M.2 PCIe 3.0 + 2X M.2 SSD SATA Based 110mm Carrier Adapter)

Paid for this myself. Mac Pro 5,1. Didn't work for me, but Lycom MF-DT129 worked for NVMe in same machine. Note the M.2 B+M SATA ports route to the board SATA ports, not to PCIe: Look at the circuit board traces. I lost days trying to troubleshoot SATA, and an accurate description would have helped here.
