This is the best gadget that I have used to tenderize food. The blades are sharp, the size is perfect for the comfort of your hand and it's easy to clean. It has a locking mechanism for safety and leaves meat tenderized to perfection!

Great kitchen tool
This is an amazing product. I use it on all cuts of beef and Pork Tenderloin. Excellent results and super easy to use. To clean, I simply run very hot water over the knives and add soap to the exterior.

A Must Have
The meat tender diet is very made and easy to use!. You can tender use the toughest piece of meat or use to deliver any spices deep into the meat! Washes easy in the dishwasher or use the included brush brush when hand washing.

Works great
I bought and use this specifically to make chicken skin "biteable" when smoking/grilling chicken thighs and other parts. Saw it used this way on a YouTube channel on grilling. I use it to poke holes in the skin itself. It works! You can take a bite without the whole skin coming off, which a problem with BBQ chicken that annoyed me for years. So glad I got this.

Ease of cleaning blades is VERY poor.
Needs to dissessemble to thoroughly clean blades, plastic surface within the canister the blades attach to because it is partially open around the edges of the 3 prongs that attach to bottom holed sphere.Works great though.

Really strong so it will last a long time. Blades are sharp so it’s effective for many thicknesses

Watch out for the blades they are very sharp
Excellent for tenderizing every kind of meat. Things cook faster and are juicier Don't over cook.

It works and it comes with a tiny brush for cleaning in between. I also love that it comes with a cover. The only thing is, the cover, mine doesn't lock in. Minor thing.
