Q: Have extra large packs that have been in the freezer over 24 hours. Will they eventually freeze solid?

We have the 5x7" packs, and they do eventually freeze pretty solid. I'm wondering how cold your freezer temperature is. I don't know why yours haven't frozen solid yet.

Q: how many items are in the order? It says list is $77 and the price here is about $4. For $77 there must be more than 1!

When I ordered it I receive just one. The $77 must be a mistake.

Q: Can it be used for heat

It doesn't say anything about being used for heat on the label so I don't think so
