I only just got this, so I can't rate on longevity. I've used it once, on a 3.5 liter engine with a pretty dead battery (trip odometer and other stuff reset). It worked very well; started up first time, and the crank was brisk as you could hope for. Instructions are dead simple: charge the unit, turn it on, hook the cables to the unit, then hook the clamps to the battery. Start within 30 seconds of that last step, and you're golden.Nice case, good instructions. Glad I got it, glad I have it.I'll be back if it doesn't last, but seems quite nice.

Bought this to keep on our boat. Small, compact size and great case makes it easy to store in a cubby. I've used a similar battery to start our car so I have faith it will start the boat in an emergency situation. Just have to remember to keep it charged!

After I started having issues with my battery draining intermittently (never was able to isolate the problem; appears to be a short somewhere) I picked up this jump starter to use because it's far more convenient than the time before I bought this one where I flagged down a neighbor and had him pull his truck around to jump start my car. This shortened that down to about 5 minutes of me clipping this to my battery and starting my car.The jumping is 15V 300-600a and the included wall charger is 15V 1A. It only uses about 8% to jumpstart my battery that was at about 10V at the time, so it's definitively got a lot of capacity. It comes with a very solid case with foam inside to protect the battery itself. I didn't use the USB ports so I can't speak much of them, but the flashlight is a handy feature and it's a reasonably good LED one to boot.Unfortunately, I had an issue with my battery, where it stopped charging; I checked it with a multimeter and it was 7.5V; it only just started doing this a little over a year and a half since I bought it. My guess is that there was a faulty connection in my batch from April 2017 since they have a 3-year warranty and are one of the few mid to low pricing companies with among the best build quality. You'll not find a 3-year guarantee anywhere else, that's for sure.Fortunately though, their support is excellent bar none, which considering how large of a company they are, is near impossible for similar companies. I was able to chat with a representative and explain the issues I was having and they actually listened to me too. After I explained the issues, they asked me for a shipping address so they could send me a replacement unit right away and didn't require to see the defective unit or even need me to ship it back or pay anything for the replacement.Overall, I would still recommend this product over similar ones. You'll not find any of the similar ones that guarantee their product to work for over three years and it's far more portable than jumper cables as well as more convenient as I mentioned earlier.

I've been meaning to buy one of these chargers and when my father's battery died in his car I finally ordered one. I can't believe this thing actually worked. It's so small and the battery was very dead in the car. Started right up first try. The only thing I've noticed is it doesn't charge past 79%. It came charged at 79%. I plugged it in for a few hours, Stayed at 79%. after I jumped the car. I plugged it back in still at 79%. But it worked so whatever! The only other thing I noticed is the wall adapter for the charger gets very very warm when it's charging.Super convenient works well. I will be keeping this handy.
