Well made. I use for multiple reasons. Great alternative to expensive back massage balls! Also great parrot/medium size bird toy! Can also be thrown at your spouse or kids if they aren't listening to you😉...just kidding. I really like this product & great price.

Not bad, they're not as heavy as i would like
Not bad, they're not as heavy as i would like, but I'm just using them to run drills with my little sister. They are obnoxiously bright pink which i love a lot though, cute and not easy to lose. And they don't bounce too much, big plus.
