Does it work with the jeep gladiator?

They will work on any vehicle you put them on. You need to buy a relay and switch to get them working. I have them on my gladiator.

I am trying to connect 6 lights. When i hook up more than 1 light they flash with high connected , but not on low.

Try using bigger wire. Sounds like voltage drop might be what the issue is.

Does this fit a Toyota Tacoma 2016. Also does it come with brackets?

not sure of your setup but i have 2 lights hooked up thru a 6 panel switch with each light being controlled by individual switches for high beam, low beam, parking lights, and led ring. wiring diagram is on advertising page for lights no diagram included in packaging so like colors go to like colors with pigtails attached to switches black wire is ground, beige is drl, blue is low beam, and pink is high beam No flashing should be exhibited in this scheme unless you have somehow gotten the flasher involved
