Bought this as a surprise for my wife. She loved the look of the watch and was excited to try out some of the functions. After charging (although it is wireless charging it will only work on the supplied charger) she paired it with her phone and began to explore the functions.The first issue was the strap. She does not have super thick wrists but could only get it to fit using the very last hole, and then it was pressed tight. Luckily she likes to wear a watch that way but worth noting. I tried it on and found that the two end of the strap didn't even touch, never mind buckle up!On the first day the watch ran out of charge late evening after around 10 hours. We put this down to her using it a lot setting up and testing features out, so it went on the charger overnight. Next morning the watch started up fine, but would not connect to her phone. On checking all the settings had reset to default. She reset it and wore it for the rest of the day, with just occasional use. It seemed like there was plenty of battery life left so she wore it overnight, only to find that it had run out again in the night.Over the next few days the charge never managed to last a full 24 hours and twice more it reset to default settings when the battery ran out.Having a watch that needs to spend so much time off your wrist on the charging station negates the point of having it, so we used Amazon's excellent return service to send it back and obtained a full refund.

The instructions for use were very poor and it took some while to discover the power saving mode. The features are great but battery consumption on normal mode is dreadful - doesn’t last much more than half the day! However, it will connect with most phones (Apple watch won’t) It has some good fitness features plus phone and texting, music and weather etc. etc. The more I use it, the more I find I like it, but do still find the battery draining to be annoying! - restricting use to power saving isnt ideal!

Scraabling around for the mobile when a call arrives became a regular pain and missed calls. The Watch makes receiving calls and making payments so much easier, as I'm reliant on a walking stick due to limited mobility. Great purchase and very pleased with it. It looks good too!

When I received this yesterday the box was slightly damaged wasn't impressed 😕 with that. But all in all the watch ⌚️ is gorgeous

Love that I'm able to speak to text, battery lasts about 2 to 3 days, notified of most things on my phone
