Why do you call this a mosquito candle multiple times in the description of this product when the package states "not intended to repel mosquitos?"

The citronella and cedar in the candle wax repels flying insects.

Can I use these indoor ?

No they are not good for indoor use… can be bad for your lungs if inhaled…

Does it have a cover if it gets wet?

Not sure always covered after,use them,
