Good set of suplements locked in capsules. As natural and bought recently, have to wait for the results. Good value for money. Bought to mainly help with my sleeping problems. I can confirm that works for me well. On the top of it, noticed higher level of energy during the day, which also helped a lot in my daily routines. Capsules easy to swallow with big glass of water only. Great combination of natural suplements, nicely packed and easy to use. Definitely I will buy again.

Unfortunately this is nothing more than a supplement & did nothing for my thyroid. After talking to my Doctor a varied diet is the best way to support thyroid function.

These are a good price, as you get 2 months supply, they may be starting to work, my hands are getting warmer slowly

I have been buying these for over 12 months and I find they are helpful in settling the symptoms I have. The tablets are quite large and I do have difficulty in swallowing them, but have found it helps if I take with plenty of water.

I feel they helped but gave me reflux a little while after taking them .

I have had difficulty losing weight in the last year or so, even when really trying. I have been taking these for about a month and have been losing weight. I have been walking a bit more and eating sensibly and healthily but not going on a restricted diet as such. If i'm hungry i'll eat. So i believe my metabolism is better than before. I have no improvement in anxiety or sleep, probably worse, about to try magnesium for that. This supplement is worth a try, seems better than similiar ones i've tried in past, not sure why. Price is good too with a 2 month supply. update lost about 11 lb, ran out of tablets and not lost for few weeks so about to order more.
