Great value for your money. Cheaper than buying separate decorations. The balloons are capable of being blown up manually or inflated with helium. Easy set up, comes with everything you need. Unlike some I had no issues with the background hanging or staying up

Used these for my roommate's surprise 80th and they were a hit! Purple is his color cuz it's royalty so this was perfect! Kit was a great size for our party, balloons were a good quality and I'm very happy with my purchase!
