We’ve done Roman style, a Detroit style and even a flammkuchen in this pan. We also have the traditional Detroit pan. If you love making pizza. This is a “go to”.

I've been using this pan almost daily for a few months and I love it. It's non-stick and cleans up nicely. I've used it for flat bread and roasting anything I want to serve with a nice presentation. It still looks as good as the day I got it.

No sure what flatbread these reviewers are using but this pan will only fit store bought mini size flatbread. If you want to heat a store bought flatbread you have to cut it up to fit.

This pan has a rectangle shape and is perfect for baking one loaf of French bread.
