Dear Customer, Thank you for your question . If your image is full sheet size, please iron 3-5 minutes, heavy pressure. If your image is 1/2 sheet size, please iron 1.5-3 minutes, heavy pressure. If your image is 1/4 sheets size, please iron 60-90 seconds, heavy pressure. Please remember no matter how long iron, the HEAVY PRESSURE is very important. Best Regards TransOurDream
