A perfect blend...
Here's the scoop. A friend of mine turned me on to cold brew on a recent camping trip. He is a former Barista and his brew was true. Since that trip, I've been looking to find a cold brew that I didn't have to invest hours in. Bizzy came to me after a quick Amazon search. Two days later, it arrived on my doorstep with an impeccable presentation. Automatic points for packaging. It makes you feel like you're special, as the box is very neatly packed and labeled. I opened it up and four sealed 16 oz. bottles were staring back at me. The temptation was instantaneous--I was prying one open. As soon as it hit the ice, I could tell I was in for a treat. If you're a chugger, you can chug--it's not bitter. If you're a sipper, you're my kind of people. So smooth, and the taste is really close to the brew I shared with my mates on our camping trip. I will be a regular customer. The flavor, the portions and the price tag have all set themselves within range of what I am happy to indulge in. It's a full-bodies coffee experience, and the caffeine content appears to be elevated as well, as I no longer doze off at work...Well, not in the mornings, anyway. I highly recommend this product.

Very Nice Product, but a Bit too Weak and Light of a Roast for My Tastes
Bizzy Coffee good. UPDATE: I've increased to 4 stars. Here's why:1. They get an "A" for Packaging/Marketing/Branding. It's very slick and modern. The accessories were so popular that a non-bizzy drinker in the household stole the sticker because "it's cute." That's a win.2. They get a "B" for the actual coffee concentrate. It's a very light blend and weaker than I'm used to. The combination of light blend and weak concentration makes for the overly-negative comments you see other people make.3. That said, it is a damned convenient product. I love being able to wake up in the morning and just make an iced coffee rather than have to first shower and get dressed to go out and walk down the street and stand in line to buy one. And living in a very small place with a very small refrigerator, there is no room for giant cold brew machines and things like that. So this is perfect. In the end, I did drink it all. But I didn't like it when mixed as advertised. They advertise it as concentrate where you do a 2:1, water/milk:Bizzy ratio. But, like I said, it's so light and weak that 2:1 with water just came out a kind of see-thru, grey/tan color and tasted very watery. I found that the sweet spot for me 1:1 water and milk to Bizzy. Now, I do in fact enjoy the product in a 1:1 ratio. It is no longer weak, and I can tolerate a very light roast. Hell, I'm from New England, so I grew up with Dunkin' Donuts for chrissakes. It doesn't get much lighter than their iced coffee. I still find it too watery suggested 1:2 ratio. The only problem here keeping it from 5 stars is just the price-point, then. If $10 makes 6 servings, even if you use milk and sugar, compared to $2 or $3 per cup at a cheap or pricy local coffee shop, you're doing pretty good making it at home. And, like I said, I'm in New England. Even in February I can walk to 4 different independent shops with cold brew iced coffee, along with a Starbucks and a couple Dunkin' Donuts. Maybe we just drink our iced coffee in darker and stronger blends here? I know we drink more of it than any other region of the country. I've not seen it standard in 32oz cups at a large anywhere else. And most other people don't do it so hard year-round. So we're fiends.But...back before my digression, I was saying that 6 servings at $10 is a fine deal. But I really get about 2, 32oz iced coffees per bottle of Bizzy. So that's 24 out of a 12 pack, or about $3.33 per cup...probably $3.50 when milk costs are added in. This is pretty much the standard rate for being out at a coffee shop. So it's a substitute that prevents you from having to go out. But it's not a money saver. That said, I have found I like having iced coffee earlier in the morning, which this allows me to do. So I have been buying it every month. If they put out a dark roast version that's a little more concentrated, and/or drop the price to the point where I'm comfortably around $2.50 per actual serving I use, they'd have me buying more.

Tastes pretty bad.
Maybe others like it, but I am finding it hard to tolerate the taste of this stuff. At first, I wasn't sure if I was using the correct proportions so I measured it out exactly per their recommendations. To me, it just tastes like sour dark water. It seems to be totally lacking any full, coffee flavor.

Great for Cooking but Won't Replace Your Daily Cup
This is a fantastic product for cooking (esp. baking) with; there is a rich chocolate, fruity taste that goes well in many of the applications I've tried (smoothies, cake, brownies, stews, chili). I am not a fan, however, of the taste itself - it definitely didn't replace my daily coffee. I drink my coffee black and this cold brew doesn't have even the slightest coffee flavor (I missed some of bite).

so disappointed
I was very excited to order this and have an easy coffee for my morning routine. I drink a lot of cold brew coffee on a regular basis. I poured this into my tumbler this morning and added my water as I drink mine black.... so disappointed. It had a strong bitter taste that made it hard to get down. I can usually drink any cold brew and usually drink it pretty strong but I'm not sure I will use the rest of this. I have an hour drive and down my coffee before I get to work, with this today I'm nursing it trying very hard to get it down but leaning toward throwing it out. It almost taste sour if that is possible. Anyway, I bought this because of the great reviews and am seriously disappointed. Will not be ordering it ever again.

Excellent product!
I love coffee and an iced coffee latte is my default summer drink. I have a very good Jura Impressa that makes great hot coffee drinks and I use espresso from the Jura to make pretty good iced coffee lattes. However, I was curious about cold brews so I decided to try Bizzy based on the number of excellent reviews. This stuff is great! Smooth, not bitter or acidic and strength is adjustable by adding more (or less) concentrate for hot or cold drinks. It's also very convenient. I keep it in a squeeze bottle in the refrigerator. Some ice, some milk, and a healthy squeeze of Bizzy = a perfect iced latte in seconds.
