Boulder 400XR Kids ATV in Red Spider

After purchasing this unit, I was informed that before It would be delivered I needed to sign a liability release form, that was basically saying I would be a responsible and safe driver and as a buyer I would not hold BW responsible in any way Blah blah blah After receiving the item I found that the remote safety shut off fob did not work, and after several attempts of trying different ideas from tech department to reset the fob, that didn't work I was advised to change the battery in the fob, witch I had to order at my expense, witch wasn't the problem. I was then given a web site where I could purchase a new safety shut off module. I thought I bought one when I bought the four wheeler. Why would I order at my expense a part that came with the unit that didn't work. I deal was offered they will replace the part if I agree to pay shipping, I already paid shipping on the four wheeler. Just some advise to interested buyers beware once you get it you own it , and will get no warrantee assistance. but I can assure them that I kept all the responses to my request and hopefully nobody gets hurt .
